Perform and coordinate all Executive Office functions including preparing outgoing correspondence, sorting incoming mail, routing incoming calls, greeting visitors and VIP guests, coordinating travel, and forwarding action items to the Executive Director as appropriate. Manage and schedule the Executive Director's calendar and ensure the Executive Director is prepared for meetings to include verification that video-conferencing software is up to date and working prior to use.

Support the agency's Administrative Services department. Serve as a backup for the preparation and submission of agency transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable to the Comptroller General. As part of the Administrative Support team, incumbent will oversee and manage the agency Policies and Procedures platform. Assist in the completion of various other administrative and personnel related tasks as needed hy the agency.

Support the board with travel arrangements. Prepare and maintain confidential reports for the Executive Director. Coordinate office supplies, requisitions, and track travel arrangements. Manage adequate inventory control of supplies and budget expenditures for the Executive Director. in accordance with the agency approved budget.

Serve as an informal liaison between departments and the agency's Executive Team Support internal events and maintain an awareness of events calendar and activities around the agency. Coordinate meetings with employees, the Patriots Point Board and external partners while managing related tasks and following up on meeting needs and action items. Filing for reimbursements from diocesan business office. Attending weekly St. Christopher Director's meeting. Managing Barrier Island reservations calendar & Google documents. Annually reviewing and updating seasonal forms for Barrier Island program. Preparing and sending contracts for Barrier Island visits. Make sure all state reports are in compliance and reported to the state in a timely manner. Maintained all contracts to include Bed Bug Abatement, Grounds Maintenance, Security, Elevator. Implemented and maintained the “Geedunk” which is our food service area on the Yorktown. I make sure the Geedunk is stocked daily with fresh foods and drinks as well as cleaned before we open daily. Maintain package delivery for Patriots Point. I take all packages from the delivery point on the Yorktown and move them to a holding area on the hangar bay level. Take and keep the minutes of our monthly committee meetings, preparing and sending the meeting minutes to the Director of Patriots Point. Temporarily took care of the monthly board meeting minutes, prepared and sent to the Patriots Point Attorney. I have also temporarily stepped in and took over the duties of the Patriots Point Event Planner. I handled all aspects of this position until the new event planner took over. After my first year at Patriots Point, I was awarded Employee of the Year.
