• As CMS Manager, I supervised an average of 10 employees at any one time. In this role, my supervisory responsibilities stayed in line with Loomis policies and banking regulations to include BSA/AML. As the CMS Manager, I was responsible for scheduling and making sure we stayed within the companies goal expectations. I assisted the CMS Lead in team training, daily assignments and work flow in order to meet customer service level agreements. HR responsibilities included interviewing, hiring and training new staff members. I assisted team members in conflict resolution to promote a cohesive work environment. While working as a Teller, I work with a team to ensure the safe and secure daily preparation and processing/balancing of cash, coin, check deposits, balancing ATM and Bitcoin machine orders for multiple Loomis customers.

As a Cash Management Supervisor/Teller, I worked with a team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, preparing change orders, preparing and balancing ATM orders, processing check deposits, currency/coin inventory managment and and balance and audit functions for multiple Loomis customers. I was expected to perform supervisory responsibilities for personnel actions and monitoring staff performance. Also, ensure accountability and security of all funds and adhering to compliance, industry standards, audit requirements ad company policies.
