Detailed, organized and efficient; able to multi-task and use a variety of computer software programs used in a general office environment, including specialty tax deed programs such as Landmark, TaxSmart, and Real Auction. Ability to communicate important tax deed information to the public, support agencies and liaisons. Ability to conduct Land/Tax Deed Auctions in person and using online resources following State of Florida legal compliance and notification requirements. Task orientated individual able to work independently and in team settings. Experienced working with local government agencies (Tax Collector, Property Appraiser and Clerk of Court), in the management of Tax Deed Sales and official records processing.
