Provide best practice guidance and the basic knowledge base of functionality for the current EMR
In addition to training, I provide 'Tier Two Support' and troubleshooting for EMR related concerns involving numerous interactions with end users, software vendors and internal IT support personnel
I complete customizations to the application in addition to incorporating vendor changes in order to facilitate an efficient user workflow
This involves consulting with end users as to how changes impact their current workflow, and discuss adjustments
