Senior Project, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA, 09/96, 03/97, Developed Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Cal Poly Meats Facility. Research was conducted on the topics of Sanitation, Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, and Standard Operating Procedures. An evaluation of the Cal Poly Meats Facility was performed to assess the needed operating standards.
