Helped an autistic adult learn how to communicate using very few words and signs, his speech was extremely hindered/limited. Taught him to cook simple meals, dress himself appropriately, and tend to daily personal grooming needs. He was able to achieve many new social skills under my guardianship and teaching, handle unexpected situations without meltdowns, and endure chance to schedules, loud noises, and multiple people in the same room. His sensory issues made it difficult to go out in public, but eventually he was able to venture out to new places almost daily!
