• Cultural Analysis for Victor CSD, Conducted an Internal Satisfaction Study. Created an online survey and delivered it to participants. Results are compiled and the culture and climate study information shared with the administrative team.
• PM Operational, Procedural and SAP Processes, Henkle North American Consumer Brands, Between 2020 & 2021 as a consultant through an outside agency I had the privilege of supporting Henkel’s preventative maintenance team. Through written procedural and operational documents we created electronic processes for the preventative maintenance of all production machinery on the floor and their operations.
• Wrote Operational, Procedural and Legal Documents, Xenios Documentation, In 2017 & 2018 I wrote operational procedures and worked with legal to document operational processes leading to a franchise filing for our company. I have also written ISO 9000 Documents for several companies as a contract employee.
• Operational and Procedural Documents, Vision Auto Group, Between 2012 - 2019 I wrote operational procedures for Nissan Stores at Vision Automotive for their customer experience program. I helped the group pass their CEE Audits and receive CEE funds for their automotive organization. In addition I wrote JD Powers Award documentation so they received recognition and the JD Powers award for their Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram division.
• Procedural Documents/ Government Controls, Optimax, Completed an analysis for ISO 9000 Documentation and requirements necessary to move towards ISO 9000 certification. Wrote procedures for machines, quality, and engineering as well as completing benchmarks for HR.
