  • Partnered exclusively with the GTM teams which included Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Worked strategically with our CRO to build out an Enterprise sales team as well as Leadership roles within sales.
  • Attended team meetings within the GTM structure to understand their goals, how they work, and what hiring needs they may have.
  • Created proactive campaigns for open roles and for roles that may be available due to growth or backfilling.
  • Coached hiring teams on best practices for interviewing. Utilizing diverse hiring panels or working with the teams on language within the job description.
  • Helped to create structure around interview stages, consistency regarding the presentation phase of the process, and feedback information for each interview step.
