Provide foot care

Provide a partial bed bath to a Client in bed or assisting with shower

Change position to supported side lying

Change an occupied bed

Assist a Client with a bed pan

Provide perineal care to an incontinent Client

Provide catheter care

Measure and record contents of urinary drainage bag

Professional documentation of input/output
