Lorie Tweed

I am an experienced leader in team operations and project management with a proven track record of driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring high client satisfaction. While I do not hold a formal bachelor's degree, I have accumulated over 3 years of hands-on experience leading diverse teams, managing workflows, and optimizing team performance and over 17 years of nursing experience with expertise in critical care obstetrics and drug and alcohol rehab.

I have consistently demonstrated my ability to onboard, coach, and mentor staff, and I excel at identifying opportunities for improvement in both team operations and client deliverables. I am highly skilled in managing project timelines, conducting operational analysis, and working cross-functionally with project management teams to ensure the successful implementation of new initiatives.

In my previous roles, I have been responsible for delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that team members have the support and training they need to meet organizational goals. I take pride in fostering an inclusive, positive work environment, and I’m committed to ensuring that all team members have opportunities for professional growth.
