Started as a substitute teacher at my children's school in 2021.

Accepted full-time teaching role in 2022. Taught two years of 1st grade, one year of 2nd grade, and am currently finishing a year of teaching 6th grade science!

• Partnered with builders throughout North and South Carolina to increase sales through positioning/staffing/community events

Started as a Sales and Marketing Representative; quickly earned several promotions to Sales and Marketing Coach for North and South Carolina.

• Coached sales team for 4 communities; held weekly sales meetings, assigned appropriate goals, quotas, and managed sales reps through clear expectations of key result areas.
• Helped Builder/Owner with positioning strategies, staffing, model home upfitting, marketing/design.
