Planning and coordination of the pupil transportation program, scheduling and assigning of bus driver personnel on all routes and trips, and interacting with the public to support in the efficient operation of the department.

  • Job functions include dispatching, routing, payroll, scheduling substitutes drivers, and providing administrative support to transportation and maintenance supervisors
  • Secretarial and office functions and processes, for both Transportation and Maintenance, prepares correspondence and documents, issues and process purchasing in accordance with district policies and procedures, implements payroll procedures.
