As Chair of the Interdisciplinary Committee, I established of a board of representatives who were the stakeholders in the interdisciplinary training project. Based on the research for face-to-face education of health professions’ students. Responsible for the curriculum development, recruitment and training of SOM faculty who would provide the training of medical, dental , graduate level nursing, social work students, and volunteer, community partners, and the establishment of clinical experiences for interdisciplinary teams of students and community partners. Other responsibilities included management of contracts, budget, and reporting, and securing second round of funding.
Reponsible to all in-house professional and annual staff education; site manager for goods, services, and human resources for American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Safe Sitter Program, Project Salud: Educational Support and Services to Migrant Workers of Chester and (rural) Southern Chester County, community outreach screenings and Annual Flu shot campaigns. Management of logistics and revenue.
