Shared Living is a nationally recognized model for habilitation or residential services for individuals with intellectual and/or Developmental Disability. The SLC lives with the person with a disability and provides whatever supports the person needs in the day-today activities (social, companionship, teaching, daily living skills, supported employment, night supports, etc.)

• Maintained patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Managed incoming calls and directed to appropriate department.
• Organized paperwork such as charts and reports for office and patient needs.

• Maintaining, filing and organizing patient records
• Working with other departments to coordinate care services
• Followed all protocols to respond to irregular cardiac activity.

• Provided a temporary, safe home for children in crisis
• Cared for children that have been removed from their birth families for reasons of neglect, abuse, abandonment or other issues endangering their health and or safety
