• Facilitate the delivery of Public Assistance grant funding on behalf of Applicants; this includes gathering applicant information, identifying and analyzing issues to develop recommendations to resolve problems
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on disaster support through verbal and written communication
• Track and communicate the progress of all projects through the entire program delivery model in coordination with the Applicant, engaging program offices as soon as potential opportunities or concerns arise
• Participate in interpreting laws, policies, and regulations to make programmatic determinations
• Host key information meetings ensuring recovery priorities and program eligibility requirements are communicated
