I bought this little, run down motel close to Bryce Canyon Utah, right before covid hit! Needless to say, my first year was a bust! I owned the motel for almost four years and during that time I had it completely remodeled and updated! I ran the motel for 6 months of the year, it was seasonal, by myself and worked 7 days a week, 14 hour days. I did the supply ordering, running the front office, oversee the room cleaning service, maintained the outdoor area grass, plants etc. I kept all the books, licensing, kept track of everything that pertains to running a motel and updating it at the same time. I brought the reviews from the worst to the best. I became one of the top motels in Panguitch and was often completely booked.
