During my career as a business owner and a team lead at Omaha Steaks, customer relations was and still is a priority in dealing with the public. Especially as a business owner, interaction and relations with my customer was always at the top of my list. It meant whether they came back and shopped at my store and continued to use my services. I always went out of my way for the best possible customer service. It is what made my company successful.
Supported customer service representatives in handling difficult calls and situations and to provide them with enough information to take care of the call.
Took supervisor calls in regards to tough situations and calls that a regular representative couldn't handle.
Filed reports in regards to our call volumes and staffing.
Helped in training our new representatives and our Christmas representatives (approximately 125 each holiday season). Helped write the training manuals in regards to what our new representatives.
