Responsibilities included supervision of 8 Scrum Team developers. Worked with product owners to prioritize product and Scrum team backlogs; Decomposed initiatives into consumable features, allowing the Scrum Team to decompose further and groom appropriate user stories. Project Management activities where the Scrum team was not involved, transitioned activities to Kanban boards where appropriate. In partnership with Business experts, performed discovery of Business Processes to improve efficiencies where identified.

Responsibilities included project management activities, supplemented to include the role of Scrum Master. I leveraged the partnerships I developed with IT and Business Departments to manage the projects effectively. I maintained the proper level of communication with the project/scrum teams and the Sponsors/Key Stakeholders to accomplish the project's goals. I mentored team members to promote their roles as Change Agents in the overall successful execution of Scrum deliverables.
