Awarded Golden Contribution award in 2015 and 2016 for driving our Kailua-Kona, HI store to be top 1% of the company in comp sales and overall operations, then again at the end of the fiscal year in the Lakewood, WA store. Started my own business in 2009 from my passions in music, Art, and entertainment. As owner operator I’ve created an amazing rapport with some of music's and entertainments leading acts and management companies. I take a lot of pride in successfully learning to navigate through the music industry and manage reproduction of entertainment in every state that I have lived in. My most recent accomplishments have been within Washington and Arizona state in the brand new cannabis retail industry. As a general manager/ retail consultant for two of the top flagship shops in the state I have driven upwards of 24 million dollars in gross sales per year, created and implemented all processes for business, and drove a diverse culture of professionals in a new taboo industry. As a retail consult in the industry, I’ve helped connect businesses with growers, processors, tech companies, social media specialists, and cannabis business specialists that help grow each individual’s business. It has been a pleasure working with amazing companies that gave me free range to drive business through the company’s objectives and business acumen. Through the past year and a half, I had the pleasure of working with two negatively comping stores turning around sales and driving positive comp sales in LY sales and forecasted sales.
