As an accomplished professional, trained fundraiser/ leading for equity, diversity and inclusion in higher education, and previous law enforcement officer with extensive higher-level leadership and management experience in the business sector and the higher education system, I have had the responsibility to supervise people with diverse backgrounds and vast cultural differences. My vision of an open dialogue of ideas and a judicious approach to discipline are the driving forces behind my devotion to public service, determination to foster a healthy environment of solidarity, and my desire to help students develop a deep love and respect for themselves, for others, and for their environment.
