I owned and operated a licensed 5,000sqft indoor cultivation facility. Managed 3 full-time and 10 part-time employees and all farming processes, as well as sales and marketing.

I was the onsite property manager of a 30 unit apartment building for 14 years. I worked directly for the owner, Steve Bogel, a retired fire chief of the Sausalito, CA fire company. I handled all of the customer relations as well as meeting and screening tenants. I handled and performed 99% of the maintenance, and 100% of the remodeling. I updated ever square inch of that property over the 14+ years I lived there.
