Mindy’s Munchies is a family-owned chocolate company with three retail locations, as well as e-commerce and wholesale divisions. Over twelve years, I have gained extensive experience in managing store operations independently during peak seasons and holidays.

• Provided exceptional customer service in-person and via phone.
• Managed order processing for retail, e-commerce, and corporate clients.
• Oversaw product production, packaging, shipping, and inventory management.
• Coordinated and fulfilled high-volume corporate orders with attention to detail.
