Robotics Engineer
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, Services and maintenance on [model: 2.7 MW up to GE Hailade-X 15 MW] turbines, focusing on availability, reliability, and safe operations.
- Execute robotic leading-edge repair and inspection, including turbine setup, system checks, and documenting damage/repairs for engineering review.
- Complete daily JSAs, LOTO, and tailboard meetings; stop work, and escalate when conditions are unsafe or procedures aren’t followed.
- Support confined space and rescue planning by following site procedures, understanding atmospheric testing order, and coordinating with leads, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, HSE, and contractors) to hit daily production targets while maintaining safety standards.
- Document work performed in CMMS, service reports, with clear notes, photos, and parts used.
- Conducted maintenance on robotic machinery to ensure functionality.
- Analyzed data from robotics operations to identify improvements.

• Represent field technicians on the HSE committee, bringing site-level safety concerns, trends, and ideas to leadership.
- Lead short 'tech-to-tech' safety talks on topics like JSAs, PPE expectations, N95 fit tests, and proper winch and tooling pack-up.
- Participate in incident reviews and near-miss discussions to identify root causes and improve procedures.
- Help reinforce safety culture by training and leading safety field discussions and toolbox talks to field technicians.
