• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, Services and maintenance on [model: 2.7 MW up to GE Hailade-X 15 MW] turbines, focusing on availability, reliability, and safe operations.

• Represent field technicians on the HSE committee, bringing site-level safety concerns, trends, and ideas to leadership.

• Lead short 'tech-to-tech' safety talks on topics like JSAs, PPE expectations, N95 fit tests, and proper winch and tooling pack-up.
• Participate in incident reviews and near-miss discussions to identify root causes and improve procedures.
• Help reinforce safety culture by training and leading safety field discussions and toolbox talks to field technicians.
