I was the face for a dual property for the A-Loft/Element Brand. I managed sales force, Wednesday event wine nights, ballroom events, food & beverage. Full service hotel with the exception of vallet parking due to Covid-19.
This Hotel was a renovation project for me as far as the G.C. I worked with an interior designer from Wynham Hotels. A lot of the hotels amenities were not opened and my job was to get them into operation conditions and be re-opened to that location to improve/drive sales. I also stepped into becoming the Temporary G.M. for the property. Adjusted staffing turnaround & maintenance/ flipping room issues to get them back to the proper order to be booked and added to hotels reservations. I created a positive uplift to the teams moral of the staffing and also gave them proper wages that ownership approved on.
