A unique company as we sold Musical Instruments, Vinyl Records and taught music lessons.

I taught 45-50 music lessons a week as well as being the Owner GM of the business. My duties included, sales, training, customer service, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, filing of tax documents (940&941) Sales tax, buying all inventory, strore design and display and as the owner, and anything else that needed to done.

Bought all inventory, hired and trained personnel, implemented store design and displays, payroll, accounts payable, sales strategies t increase profits and improve customer service.

When I was hired the store was disorganized with no clear identity. My first year we did $286,000 in sales. In two short years I increased sales to $800,000. We sold all major brands of Musical Instruments. Fender, Gibson etc.

Bought all outside services for machined parts, electroplating painting, heat treating etc. for a large machine shop. Coordinate and schedule delivery to the manufacturing plant and oversee the shipping department of 4 employees.

Operated an Order Picker and Pallet Stacker (Heavy Machinery)

Pulled parts for the manufacturing plant.
