I am in charge of 147 employees timecards and payroll. I am in charge of making sure that all department, safety, and compliance trainings are completed on time. I perform drug tests for perspective new hires, and perform the paperwork side of hiring. I conduct orientations on a weekly basis. I keep track of associates attendance and report to management when someone is due for documentation. I am also in charge of maintaining of all employee spaces.
