Managed a team of 8+ arranging interviews with candidates, and delegating responsibilities amongst my team to stock, organize, and control plumbing inventory in order to efficiently run a process for plumbing installers to quickly pull material for daily jobs.
Deploy inventory storage plans to utilize spacing and racking between the Tampa site and Bradenton site, as efficiently as possible while maintaining monthly and weekly orders with vendors to sustain stock levels, set up material returns, and manage procurement issues/shortages.
Coordinate with the Production Team, Purchasing Team, Service Team, Prefabrication Team, and Scheduling Team to establish an accurate daily schedule and communicate any supply chain issues to forecast material orders and job starts/closes.
Managed an inventory of up to and over $1.1 million of product monthly, striving to minimize material cost and field rework cases while maintaining an accurate inventory.
Trained and developed team members and management on inventory processes, coaching processes, Power BI, auditing, as well as development of SOP's, and general warehouse procedures.
Maintain and complete Returns to vendors coordinating and tracking return material and deliveries.
Assist with receiving roughly 8-12 trucks per day, ranging from 20-500 skus per truck depending on the size of material. Assist with outbound of roughly 10-15 trucks per day and updating schedules or material issues via Microsoft Teams.
Assist in delegating counts and keeping crew focused during inventory.
Ensure cleanliness of the facility and accuracy of transactions utilizing Power BI and excel for inventory and transaction audits.
Trained employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Managed a team of warehouse personnel, delegating tasks effectively to optimize workflow.
Managed day-to-day operations of warehouse, freight and parcel shipments, returns, and transfers.
