-Primary duties included burning out ditches, cleaning out all trash for all water flow to not be impeded for the water year.
- Filling propane tanks, driving company trucks, firefighting when fire gets out of control, fixing gates and other equipment to ensure the water will be able to travel through.
- Starting the water included pulling out weeds, cleaning out grating so the water can pass through, and ensuring all farmers and ranchers have access to the water.
-Communicated with drivers and customers to ensure product was shipped and delivered in a timely manor.
-Managed high stress situations between brokers, owner operator's (drivers) to ensure that all parties had appointment information to ensure safe movement of product.
