  • When stepping into this role, the organization was in negative numbers, both in finances and the number of people enrolling in programs. Under my leadership, the program was transformed into a thriving, inclusive camp and after-school program for the community and the church the program was housed in
  • Oversight of up to 10 staff members. The program had a waitlist and consisted of over 100 children attending each program
  • Direct pay service, which included and required tuition collection, account reconciliation, and book-keeping. Designed and implemented a budget for programming to ensure that the programs could continue to run and ensured all staff were paid on time
  • Created and implemented to first inclusive program that accepted and worked with neurodiverse children in the area. Children were given a chance at this program, where they were not given a chance or be accepted at other programs. Children with or without special needs were included in the same programming.
  • Implemented many positive behavioral methods that were used to create an inclusive, welcoming environment. Engaged with and implemented differential programming for participants whose first language was something other than English
  • Researched, planned, and coordinated various events, trips, activities, and programs for children and families to enjoy
  • Formed strategic partnerships and connected with potential clients to drive business development.
