While Director of Surgery at CMC, I assisted the team in developing their Open Heart Surgery product line as well as Retinal Surgery and Stereotactic Breast Biopsy product lines. Worked with plant services to plan and build 2 additional operating rooms. As Administrator of North East Surgery Center, I was afforded the opportunity to be present from the first phase of construction and purchased all equipment, supplies, and drugs to open the center, as well as wrote all policy and procedure manuals. Successfully passed DOH/Medicare inspection at first attempt.
