- Provide expert care to critically ill neonates in a Level 4 NICU setting.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage high-risk medical devices.
- Assess, monitor, and document the condition of neonates, including vital signs, neurological status, and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for each neonate.
- Monitor and manage advanced respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, and nitric oxide therapy.
- Educate parents on newborn care, and developmental milestones, and support their emotional well-being during their NICU journey.
