During my time at Avis Car Rental, my main focus has been ensuring that customers promptly receive their rental contracts for their chosen vehicles. I am dedicated to consistently gather all necessary details to facilitate a smooth rental car transactions. Additionally, in my role as a return agent, I ensure that customers retrieve all of their personal belongings from the vehicle and return the vehicle keys before departing.

During my tenure at Amazon, I handled packaging for customer orders, managing the dispatch of packages to outbound areas for shipment preparation. Additionally, I served as a robotic technician, responsible for promptly troubleshooting any malfunctions experienced by the floor robots. This efficient troubleshooting process facilitated timely order fulfillment.

I began my journey at Pizza Hut as a driver and also provided in-store customer service. After dedicating seven months to the company, I pursued ServSafe certification to qualify for a managerial position. As a manager, my responsibilities included conducting inventory counts at the end of each shift, tallying cash in the front counter registers, and securely depositing the remaining funds into the safe.

In my four years at McDonald's, I worked as a cashier, cook, and beverage preparer for customers. As I honed my skills, I progressed to the role of shift lead and was entrusted with training new hires for the franchise.

I attend Valencia Community College and I am seeking my degree in Business Administration and specializing in Finance
