• Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.

• Assist with patient mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulating patients.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Report changes in patient health or behavior to nursing staff.

• Assist with dressing changes, and hygiene maintenance.

• Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.

• Accurately record patient care activities in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.

• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
