I also scheduled Ct’s, Pet scans, infusions at the Hospital along with explaining the procedures for these tests. Answering eight line multi-lined system, transferring to different departments and nurses and Physicians. New Patients information taken and collected Insurance cards, medical records, and copays.

I have excellent patient service and great communication skills while always maintaining empathy, patience, and care with each ptient and vistor that comes into the office.
