• Upkeep of donor portfolio 25-50 high net-worth individuals
• Oversee all aspects of Development Department which includes but is not limited to:

A. Designated and undesignated funds (excluding Gov funds)

B. Direct mail

C. Fundraising campaigns or events

D. Volunteer coordination and Site Sign In (including Liability Waivers)

E. Donor cultivation

F. Planned giving

G. Grants and grant compliance (non-government)

H. Agency donor and volunteer database

• Oversee a staff of 4
• Upkeep of donor portfolio 75-100 constituents
• Identify, cultivate and solicit contributions totaling a minimum of $550,000 in cash contributions annually from individuals and faith organizations
• Oversee Planned Giving from major and long-term donors

• Upkeep of donor portfolio 300+ constituents,
• Monthly and annual asks ranging from $10 a month to $100k+ a year
• Accept and prepare donations for deposit, prepare daily gift reports, prepare acknowledgements for donating constituents
• Stewardship calls and letters; prepare end of month/closing reports; answer donor questions and handle donor requests
• Maintain database of 40,000+ constituents

• Upkeep of donor portfolio 150-200 constituents
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit contributions totaling a minimum of $500,000 in cash contributions annually
• Speak at community, corporate, faith or other gatherings with the intent to inform and promote funding for Trinity Habitat
• Be visible and present at build site for sponsors as appropriate.

• Run an organized and positive learning environment, create lesson plans that challenge a broad spectrum of young learners;
• Create and enforce classroom policy and procedures, ready class for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten
• Assisted and supervised 12-17 children through entire school day.

• Identify prospective major giving donors, research prospective donors and prepare donor profiles to assist major gift officers in solicitation of gifts
• Maintain stage development of prospects in the Moves Management Pipeline
• Support major gift officers and directors in the solicitation of major gifts
• Database upkeep
• Research and identify foundations to help support the mission of Cook Children’s
• Keep track of foundation grant deadlines and application procedures
• Build lists for donor recognition piece in quarterly foundation publication
