  • Led all strategic and tactical matters in finance, tax/accounting, risk management, compliance, and Human Resources (team of 7).
  • Developed and implemented financial models and internal processes to reduce month-end close from 3 weeks to 7 days.
  • Negotiated a sub-limit under the existing line of credit (previously blocked due to defaulted covenants resulting from the impact of Covid on operations).
  • Secured a total of $12 million is Paycheck Protection program ("PPP"), $8 million in the first round and $4 million in the second round. Both rounds successfully forgiven.
  • Secured $8 million in payroll tax credits through the Employee Retention Credit ("ERC") program.
  • Successfully led the sale of the company to a NY-based Private equity firm. Led all due diligence workstreams including finance, tax, HR, and Insurance.
  • Implemented a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast to analyze company's financial strengths and weaknesses and propose strategic directions.
