Achieved EMT certification, advancing to Corporal and Training Officer roles, ultimately appointed as Emergency Services Administrator in 2016. As ES Administrator, I updated the Dispatch Center, where I supervise the Dispatchers and the Sales Officer, oversee transponder and key card sales, update files for new homeowners and home sales. I supervise the Vacation Check Officer and vacation requests. I also revamped the Open House policy and work as a liaison between Real Estate Agents and the Homes Association. I manage Moving and Parking Authorizations for residents and the hiring process for Emergency Services personnel which includes background checks, drug screening and psychological evaluations. I also write Safety articles for the Village Reporter.

Implemented and managed security protocols for light rail systems, ensuring protection and compliance for Denver Regional Transit District.

Facilitated international law enforcement training programs under U.S. Department of State security clearance.

Delivered innovative training solutions through creation of county's first training newsletter. Established first supervisor's academy, enhancing leadership development for deputies. Achieved promotion to sergeant in November 2003, recognized as deputy of the year. I was awarded the National Sheriff's Association's Medal of Merit for impactful community work. Supervised school resource officer program, contributing to safer educational environments. Managed patrol administration, improving operational effectiveness.
