Assisted in loading vehicles for customers purchasing boxes of girl scout cookies during a physically demanding service project at a Girl Scout Cookie event, contributing my time from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Helped at a vendor fair (with Women of Coconut Creek) where I assisted vendors by packing and unloading their booths, communicating with vendors and making their experience easier by setting up their booths for them.
Volunteered at SOS Children's Villages for their SOS Pleasure Walk event, providing water and support to children on the walk.
Collaborated with a team of volunteers to distribute candy in costume and engage with parents and children at the JROTC Haunted Hampton event.
Overall, I have experience with volunteering that consists of communicating with people, assisting in service projects that help the community, and communicating with my colleagues. I can communicate with people well and can work quickly, along with having a mode of transport to work and free time.
Assisted with fundraising efforts, including event planning and donor outreach.
Provided guidance and support to fellow volunteers during their shifts.
