Hello My name is Luana Lapomarede i am 20 years old and my achievements so far is graduating high school receiving my diploma, being the first in my family to attend college. My strengths are seeing the positive side in a bad situation. i am very understanding and a hard worker. i have many experience dealing with rude customers and nice customer but i never disrespect or get out of character. i am a tough individual who understand that sometimes people are having a bad day and don't mean the things they say.
