• As an OR Circulator, I am responsible for patient care and safety within the OR . This includes maintaining sterile technique, coordinating intraoperative medications, equipment, instrumentation and overseeing that surgical process and procedure is followed. Seven room OR - Gynecology, General Surgery including Robotics, Eye Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, and Trauma.

In a 12 ER bed Critical Access / Level IV Trauma hospital,

• Triaged and treated high-volume caseload in busy emergency room setting.
• Responded quickly and effectively in emergent or crisis situations.
• Administered medications, treatments, and vaccines as prescribed, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Maintained accurate patient records using electronic medical record system.
• Also Worked in Perioperative department, a two-OR unit in which RNs were responsible for preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care.

• As Clinical Lead of Ophthalmology and ENT Surgery, I was responsible for overseeing these departments, ensuring all procedures ran smoothly including maintenance of equipment, instruments, and scheduling of staff.

As Clinical Research Coordinator in a busy retina practice, I oversaw 5 to 7 separate clinical trials involving medications and treatment of AMD, glaucoma, Diabetic retinopathy and other ailments.
