The crank department was failing when i first went back there, now we are thriving and meeting the needs of the gas division. I work with all the pods to ensure we can help them meet their production goal with a quality product. I am over a team of 16 people, one of the biggest teams in the gas division, I am currently working alongside my group leader and trying to learn the group leader role and see the "bigger picture" when working with all the pods and supporting areas. Right now, I am trying to train someone from within the crank department, to join the leadership ranks so I can further help my group leader with the support areas and learn his role as group leader.
