Iowa City,IA

Summary

In all my professional efforts, I strive to be honest, caring, and thoughtful of the other staff I work with. Originally from Kansas City, I moved to Iowa City so that I could pursue a nursing career. In my years as an undergraduate, I have worked as an Emergency Medical Technician through Care Ambulance and a Patient Care Technician through UIHC's emergency department. These two experiences have given me over 1,500 hours of direct patient care experience. Through my nursing education, I have learned to uphold and value evidence-based practice. I have 135 hours of ICU experience through St. Luke's ICU, as well as clinical experience in different medical surgical units, emergency rooms, mental health units, labor and delivery, etc. I hope you enjoy my resume!
