As a residential maintenance tech my duties include;

• Routine inspections on rental units and properties
• Responsible for equipment and equipment upkeep
• Performed routine maintenance on HVAC units including cleaning and filter changes
• Responsible for "Turning" units over for new tenancy, this includes but is not limited to; painting, minor plumbing repair, minor electrical repair, fixture replacement, drywall repair and finishing, demolition.
• Responsible for handling work orders submitted by tenants.
• Responsible for maintaining state compliancy regarding residential rentals.

On-call emergency road mechanic. I performed emergency repairs including but limited to;

• Tire repair/replacement on truck and equipment
• Diagnosed and repaired mechanical, and electrical issues with all classes of vehicles.
• Worked closely with the DOT ensuring safety on the highway by repairing "red tag" violations.

While working as a mobile technician I directly dealt with customers, issuing billing and receiving payments, I also was completely self sufficient in the field while ensuring job completion.

As lead tech, I ensured daily operations were smooth and efficient. I was responsible for not only service writing and customer service but also responsible for diagnosing electrical and mechanical repairs. As well as tire sales and installations.

• Performed computer diagnosis on all makes and model years
• Performed A/C service and diagnosis
• Performed mechanical repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles
• Performed diagnosis and repairs on TPMS systems
• Sold and installed automotive and truck tires, as well as repaired auto and truck tires.
• Lead and worked closely with a team of 3 techs to ensure repairs were being done correctly and efficiently.
• Responsible for clerical work included with service writing.

As a tire/lube technician I performed, tire repair and installation, as well as LOF services to customers.

• Installed/balanced tires on all makes and models including truck tires
• Responsible for oil change services and rotations.
• Performed vehicle inspections including front end shake downs
• Replaced and programmed TPMS sensors
• Diagnosed issues with the TPMS system.
