- Identified and mitigated schedule risks while reconciling conflicts to maintain project timelines. Kept same timelines for all 81 languages as we had for 6 languages by automating tasks and QC utilizing scripts from Engineering team.
- Followed up on internationalization and localization issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Tracked vendor workload, estimated, and actual spend for assigned projects.
- Suggested and implemented improvements in project management tools and processes. Collaborated on python scripts to automate processes.
