Paraeducators provide individualized services to students with disabilities through a range of tasks directed by the instructional team, consisting of licensed professionals responsible for planning and implementing specially designed services for students with disabilities. Our goal is to ensure that every student in our program has equal opportunities to grow academically and personally, which involves making accommodations for students based on their development and individual needs.

• Trained significantly on diversity, equity, and inclusion which each play a part in building connections with residents, responding to incidents, and planning events to offer residents an opportunity to stay engaged with their floor for the school year.
• Held responsible for general housekeeping, meetings, one-on-ones, and weekly activities throughout the school year.
• Requires strategic planning, organization skills, Christian leadership, and a strong sense of communication.

• Supervised, trained and guided warehouse team by coaching on daily activities.

• Responsible for leading meetings of the troop and the patrol leaders' council and provide valuable leadership in planning and carrying out the troop's program of outdoor activities, service projects, and events.
