Lucas Baldwin Fischer

As a queer man with a vast array of experiences and skills, I'm hoping that I can help support the work that the Sniffies team is undertaking. Working as a freelancer my time management and organizational skills are strong. Moreover, having exposure to stressful and fast passed environments has fostered my communication skills and ability to stay level headed in the face of crisis. Currently, I'm the studio manager for one of the preeminent voices in NYC's underground queer nightlife and excited by the prospect of deepening my connection to queer space and community. As a production assistant with experience in retail, food and beverage, fashion, advertising, and nightlife, I have a lot to offer.
