Lucas Frock

My responsibilities as a Junior Associate are conducting thorough legal research on present cases and conflicts in order to support the senior attorneys that I work for. This includes reviewing precedence and other laws and regulations that may be pertinent to the case. I also assist in drafting legal documents that are needed for the court that help to strengthen the senior attorney's case. I play a critical role in analyzing the cases before our firm in order to best situate our arguments that come before the court. I also help to assist with clients and their needs and make sure that they feel cared for while being represented by the firm. Lastly, I attend court with senior attorneys to help assist them in whatever they may need during the trial proceedings.

I developed various research papers for the Supreme Court that provided them with an in-depth analysis of the cases that were before them so that they could be properly informed on all the facts. I also provided them with a recommendation of what I thought was the best outcome of the case based on those facts. Lastly, I was trusted with highly delicate information and was able to properly navigate that without issue.
