•Execution of lunch and/or dinner service, expedite as necessary
•Execute proper cash handling procedures
•Manage execution of all guests orders including dine-in, online and third-party deliveries
•Manage state mandated breaks for Front of the House staff
•Place vendor orders with the approval of Executive Chef/owner
•Receive and validate vendor deliveries
•Promptly communicate any human-resources related issue to the Executive Chef/owner
