Reason For Leaving

CAT - The management came to a point of restricting my growth within the company and with that there was no opportunity to advance or grow my skillset, knowledge, or work base.

FiberDocs - I originally left for benefits and retirement, to return as a project ended and to get back into the telecom industry permantely. Currently the projects for the company being we are Subcontractors has slowed down significantly and the hours/pay are no longer there to consistently survive on. I am seeking a benefits and retirement providing company in the telecom industry for long term/permanent employment to advance my skillset, knowledge, work base, pay, in the telecommunications industry.
