Summary
I am currently a freshman at the University of Arizona studying pre-business intended accounting who has a variety of skills to bring. From my grit and integrity I’ve learned from being a member of Phi Delta Theta for the past six months to my knowledge of sales and customer engagement I’ve learnt throughout my time in high school apprenticing my Aunt’s Jewelry business in which has been in the family for almost 90 years now. Establishing a GPA of 3.33 this semester shows that I am dedicated to whatever is put in front of me putting up all b’s and a’s. Overall, I am looking for a job to not only help me gain further experience for the future but build me a solid foundation for what it’s like to be apart of the workforce.

• Mission Trips - Over the past 2 years I’ve have been blessed with the opportunity to go with my church on mission trips to Mexico to build homes for the needy. This experience has taught me lots of things from basic labor and construction to how to communicate and build a sense of teamwork with people who spoke an entire different language than me. Overall, this experience has taught me a lot more than basic labor it taught me how to cut down borders and how to build my communication skills as well as learning about a culture and community at the same time.
• PYB Basketball Coach - Being a basketball coach for a second grade team has taught me a lot more than you would think from texting the parents and organizing practices and events that work within everyone’s schedule to being a leader to my team and teaching not only them but myself patience and integrity. Overall, this experience was very humbling and brought me down to earth it taught me how to be a leader to people around me as well as time management and patience and by using these skills in the workforce, it will without a doubt make me a better employee.
• Camp Counselor - Being a camp counselor has taught me a variety of skills from being a leadership role to developing a sense of clear communication and group management. From assessing risks for the campers to conflict resolution when two campers may be arguing with each other this experience has taught me a variety of things. Overall, being a camp counselor has taught me lots of things that I may find helpful in the workforce from conflict resolution to valuable communication skills this experience has without a doubt defined my way as a worker.
• Varsity High School Football - Playing high school football has without a doubt made me into a better person and has taught me a variety of assets to use in the workforce. From time management with having practice four times a week and a game every Friday to learning grit and integrity on the field and during those long workouts. By being a former Varsity Football player this shows not only that I have dedication and integrity but also that I can work effectively apart of a team and handle pressure in high-risk situations.
